Word Translate Overview

qlot translates text throughout your Word document while retaining heading styles, paragraph formatting, tables, images, the table of contents, footnotes, endnotes, comments, tracked changes, headers, footers, links, and cross-references.

When translated text takes up more or less space than the original, qlot adjusts paragraph flow and table content to keep sections clear and organized. Compatible fonts are substituted where needed to prevent missing characters and maintain readability across different writing systems.

Built for reports, contracts, research papers, policies, and technical manuals that need to remain structured and editable after translation. The translated DOCX can continue through your existing review, revision, and approval process without recreating the document from scratch.
