No. Spreadsheets have no natural page size, so wide or long sheets must be paginated. A worksheet that extends beyond the printable width can span several PDF pages even though it appeared as one continuous grid in Excel.
02Why did my columns split across PDF pages?
The sheet is wider than the page layout used for rendering, so columns continue onto additional pages. This is a pagination issue rather than missing data. Adjust the source print area, orientation, or sheet layout before conversion if you need a different break pattern.
03Can I still edit cells in the PDF?
No. PDF fixes the worksheet as pages for viewing and sharing; it does not remain a live spreadsheet. Keep the Excel file for formulas, sorting, filtering, and cell edits, and use the PDF when you need a stable presentation of the current values.
04What happens to Excel formulas in PDF?
The PDF shows the calculated values visible in the worksheet, not working spreadsheet formulas. That is expected because PDF is a fixed document format. If someone needs to recalculate or inspect formulas, send the Excel file alongside the PDF.
