No. Converting a raster image to SVG does not recreate the picture as editable vector paths. The SVG wraps or contains the existing pixels, so enlarging it beyond the original image detail cannot reveal new sharpness that was not present in the source.
02Can I edit the JPG-based SVG like a vector logo?
No. The file may open in vector software because its container is SVG, but the embedded image content is still raster. You can position or resize that image, yet individual shapes, letters, and edges are not automatically turned into separate editable paths.
03Why does my JPG-to-SVG file still look pixelated?
Because the source JPG is made of pixels and the conversion does not trace those pixels into vector geometry. The SVG can scale its canvas, but the embedded image detail stays limited by the original resolution. True vectorization requires a tracing or redrawing step.
