Yes. The PDF output is designed to fix the converted ODF layout into stable pages. If a source font is unavailable and has to be substituted before rendering, character widths can change and shift line breaks, so tightly fitted pages still deserve a quick visual check.

They are not the part of the document you should rely on surviving as editable review data in PDF. PDF is a fixed output format, and review features from word processors can be flattened or omitted. Resolve or preserve important review information in the source before conversion.
03Can I keep editing the PDF like the ODF source?
