Convert Hancom to TXT

Fonts, images, precise positioning, page design, and other visual formatting are intentionally discarded. TXT keeps readable words in a linear text stream. That is useful for copying, search, analysis, or scripts, but it is not intended to reproduce how the Hancom looked.
